Return Policy

1. Overview

Comfort Table Roastery wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return products or request a refund.

2. Eligibility

Returns or refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong product or quantity was delivered
  • Product is unopened and in resalable condition (within a stated time frame)

Due to the nature of fresh coffee, opened bags generally cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (the number on our site), or email at comfort.table.roast@gmail.com. Include your order details and, if applicable, photos of the product or packaging. We will respond with next steps.

4. Refunds

If your return or refund is approved, we will process the refund using the same method as payment (or an agreed alternative). Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
