Sourced from the highlands of Latimojong, Sulawesi (1,800 masl), this distinctive lot features the rare Abysstypica variety, processed using a refined Natural Mossto Malic method. The result is a beautifully structured cup with layered complexity — opening with grape and plum juiciness, followed by a soft brown sugar sweetness, and finishing with a delicate white tea elegance.
Best suited for filter brewing, it offers a clean, tea-like, and fruit-forward experience with a smooth, lingering finish.
